What is your refund or return policy?
To inquire about a refund or return, please fill out the contact form to speak to a team member. In most instances, unopened, unused and undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within seven days of your purchase. Faulty vape cartridges can be returned for a full refund within 30 days when accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
